I used my glucose monitor to verify that these things actually do work, and without the side affects of regular Berberine! When I take one capsule about a half hour to 1 hour before eating dinner. I can eat a meal without worrying about the carbs raising my blood sugar level for hours! Within 1 to 2 hours after eating, my blood glucose level is back down to fasting level. These things work great! The only reason I give a 4 star review instead of 5 is because I eat more than one meal, so I take a couple of them a day and they are just so freaking expensive. You do get what you pay for though!

I was looking forward to using this form of berberine. the first night I took one capsule before dinner as directed and the next morning I was so dizzy I became concerned. I thought maybe my blood sugar was too low but after testing it was on the high side.I felt better as the day wore on. I decided that it must have been this form of berberine. The next evening I skipped taking it and woke up feeling fine.So, that evening I took another capsule before dinner and the next morning I woke up once again dizzy as can be. I'm tossing this stuff.

I take one in the Am with my smoothie. Slow loss is a permanent loss, not yo-yo. 2 weeks into it, loss of 3#. No side effects. Trying to lose the last 5 # is almost impossible at my age in my journey. This with a great vegan diet is doing the trick. Down to 130 and could not be more pleased. 78, 5'3", 130...yeah!

Bottle came fast, but I have never been so sick in my life. I have been taking Berberine for years, with zero side effects. This is not dihydro Berberine, not really sure what they’re putting in these capsules, I threw it in the garage and re ordered from my old company. This is one of the most powerful supplements I’ve ever tried and I’ve been deep in the supplement rabbit hole for years. I can’t take more than one a day myself. Please be careful! That said, it works great! I’ve greatly reduced my cravings and so I’ve been able to lower my calorie intake and the weight is coming off! Great product and much better than the regular berberine was taking before i found this.
