I used this product on aged 20 year old shingles. The shingles are quality 40 year shingles and still look pretty good. It sealed up a couple of leaks that I wasn't able to discover; what a blessing to have this product seal my leaky roof without replacing the shingles. The shingles now have a slightly glossy and smooth feel. I believe that my shingles will have a longer useful lifespan; I plan to spray another coat of the sealant in two years. I used a professional quality weed sprayer with a high volume nozzle and it dried out for 3 days prior to rain. I believe that this product is a good investment for my house.

Used it to coat a flat roof with a leak SOMEWHERE. We could not isolate the leak, so we bought this to roll on the roof. We want to do a second coat when the weather allows.The customer service from this company is simply the best. They care about your project and they offered suggestions about application.

opening in can looks like a spout but is just an opening and if you pour from it do wit caution or you will loose half on the ground. TIP: make sure the hole is on top when pouring so air will go i without gurgling which makes pouring like a machine gun if opening is down. It did seal my shingles after a very long drying time. Pump sprayer application used.
