Works perfectly with the f20. Easily the best strap cushion I've found. Will buy it again and again!

They only come one size/length. Have velcro to tighten. Choices come down to how many pair you want. 1x= 1 pair, 2x = 2pair, 3x= 3 pair. They are longer than what came with my gear and much more comfortable. I
