Saved us $$$! Easy to repair your frige yourself!!
I am a stay-at-home Mom who is pretty handy. When our refrigerator was hot to the touch between the doors, I googled the problem and it directed me that the condenser fan could be the problem. I purchased this part and it was the answer to our problem! It arrived in perfect shape, and VERY quickly!! I, easily removed the old fan and replaced this fan using a ratchet in just a few minutes. It works like a charm!! Saved us hundreds in purchasing a new refrigerator!

Let say it wasn't fun babysitting the fridge
Upon returning from an overseas trip, I knew something was wrong with my Maytag Plus (Model MSD2456GE*) refrigerator. The compressor was making a strange sound and the frame between the doors was quite hot to the touch. I pulled the fridge out, removed the cardboard panel and noticed that the condenser/cooling fan didn't operate while the compressor was running. I had to manually start the fan by giving the fan blades a quick turn. While waiting for the replacement part to arrive, I kept a large box fan running and pointed at the condenser/compressor. Let say it wasn't fun babysitting the fridge.The replacement part (Whirlpool 61005323) is an exact replacement for the Panasonic UDQR003M2 fan motor. It has been approximately 3 weeks since I replaced the part. The fridge has been operating normally since.

The replacement part wasn't correct, for my fridge. But due to some genius trying to save a nickel, whirlpool decided to use this as a replacement

Perfect replacement
This is an identical motor to the original. It was easy to replace and the entire job took about 30 minutes. It was also the least expensive part that I was able to locate online. The part arrived in about 4 days from the time it was ordered.

Did It Myself
Our KitchenAid 'fridge/freezer was making a REALLY loud and obnoxious noise, so I pulled off the grill and looked to see if I could figure out what was wrong. By turning on and off the power, I could see and hear that a fan was making the noise. I Googled the manual (no longer had it) and looked up the part needed. Arrived in 2 days and took about 5 minutes to replace; I figure I saved about $200 for a service call. Awesome!

Perfect replacement for my Whirlpool refridgerator
Perfect replacement for my Whirlpool refridgerator. It was pretty easy to install with basic hand tools. Recommend cleaning the condenser coils in the back when installing this fan.
