TwistMike Portable Microphone

I am dictating with Dragon, seems to be working well. The mount doesn't match perfectly with the one shown in the picture, there is no manual, and the download instructions for a manual don't work. However, the manufacturer responds fairly quickly to inquiries.

Exactly what I was looking for. Gooseneck is nice and flexible, but can hold its own weight. Mic works wonderfully for dictation.
