The media could not be loaded. Both Red and I are very happy with the sound machine. Husky loves the heartbeat option, and I enjoy a number of them - there is a TON to choose from. Quality is awesome, and once oasis is charged it lasts a while. But what makes this product stand out from the rest is the exceptional product support team standing behind it. They helped me troubleshoot an issue with an item purchased long ago, were prompt to respond to all my emails, very professional, not to mention knowledgeable. My older dog was having problems sleeping & was getting up, wandering around the house & barking at night. After many trips to the vet, I heard music can help. I found this pet sound system & it has been a blessing. Superb sound quality in a compact portable size. My only wish is if there was some external indicator of which songs I am playing. The written list isn't really helpful. Everything else about it is wonderful! We're both getting better sleep!

Really was a great product. Worked great to calm my husky/shepards while in the crate. however after the 8th time using it (just on the basic sound settings it has), it stopped working. VERY unfortunate as this product is expensive and i barely got any use out of it.

We keep this plugged in since it is needed for more than 4 hrs which is how long the charge will last. It works great and has great volume range. Our dog has anxiety issues and loud bangs or noises set her off. She is not ripping up her bedding anymore. Wish we had found this sooner. UPDATE, I have to pop the SD card out and push back in every time to get it to work. That was after about four months of use. I do use it for total of eight hours a day 5 days a week.

This is a cool concept and when it works, great! I have to eject and reinstall SD card every time and then it will randomly eject the SD card and stop working. Therefore it is not reliable. When it does work for more than 10 minutes, it really helps calm my puppy, but I cannot leave home and have confidence it will be working.

It was very helpful in comforting my cats during a severe thunderstorm we were having. It’s is very simple easy to use and has great sound control. You definitely need to try this and it is worth every penny spent. It has great volume control as well.
