This is hands down the best waffle mix if you love the hotel waffles!!! It is the same company who sells straight to them. Flavor and taste cannot be matched. It is cheaper from their main website but quicker to get it delivered here. Easy mixing

We rediscovered Belgian Malted waffles on a trip to Winter Garden, Florida and eating at the Winter Garden Restaurant. Their waffles for 5-star, best I ever had. Found out they used this product. Came home and ordered a maker and this product. Made some immediately and they turned out almost as good as the restaurant. Product their restaurant quality maker was the difference. After going thru one can, I ordered another one and it came damaged. Someone had put it in a plastic bag (maybe supplier ships that way) and fortunately that kept it from leaking out all inside the shipping box. Unless I’m not holding my tongue right, I went thru heck and back trying to get a real person to talk to as everywhere I clicked, all I got was “not eligible for return”. I eventually “accidentally” got a real person and they asked me to take a picture and email it to them. I had to do that while staying on the line (not too tech smart when it comes to that multitasking). Finally they “agreed” to a refund. There needs to be a tab for “REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN”. Then ID the item, email the picture and get the refund without having to do that while on the line with customer service. Wake up Amazon!!

This mix made VERY good waffles, and was easy to make. That being said, it is kind of expensive. It made 8 waffles, and took an egg per waffle (8 eggs for whole can). Unfortunately, I have not found anything that is any better, so these are reserved for special days.

Delicious waffle mix!

This product tasted nothing like the original golden malted waffle mix!! Followed the waffle directions and it tasted like pancakes. Highly disappointed as I couldn’t wait to make hotel waffles on Easter morning to making whatever this stuff was and throwing them away because they were terrible!

This makes very yummy waffles, but we had to add some vanilla because they're not very sweet. I think the baking soda in it makes it kind of bitter? A bit of vanilla helps tremendously. They puff up nicely in the waffle maker and crisp and brown just like a professional waffle maker in the hotel makers do.
