Q: I am 5'8" and 163 lbs. Will these leggings fit me?

Yes I do think they would. I am 5'6.5 140-143lbs and they fit pretty good. I think I could +/- 15-20lbs and they would still be ok.

Q: What size would I get if I am 5'6 and 200 pounds

I'm 5'5" and 180 (size 12 normally) and these are TIGHT on me. Not uncomfortable at all, but the stitching is obviously strained and I worry about how long it will last. They're also pretty low-waisted (if that's a concern for you - I prefer a higher waist myself). If they have a plus size I would definitely go with that if I were you. The pattern is really beautiful!

If you're normally a small (size 2-4) try to get an xtra small. It will stretch out. I'm 5'7" and I was quite pleased with the way these fit. If you're going to wear them constantly, you need to get a size smaller. They will fit great and the print, it looks the same as the day I bought them. Hope that helps.
