Q: How many beadlets are in each container?

There are 125 beadlets in both the On Guard and Pepperment beadlets packages.

Q: Do you chew this in your mouth to release the oil or swallow whole?

You can do either. I suck on them until the outer part starts to dissolve and then they are easier to "pop" to release the oil. They have a pretty strong cinnamon taste, but it didn't take long to get used to it. I do it that way so the oil coats my mouth and throat for immune protection. I haven't had a sore throat since I started using these.

Q: How strong are these? I already know cinnamon, clove & other things are irritants to me. doTerra rep refused to answer ques cuz I used Amazon. Thanks.

I'm not sure what is meant by strong. These beadlets have no flavor and they are very small. I have not experienced any side effects that I can attribute to these. But, I have noticed a big difference in my tendency to pick up colds and such. I still get sick. just not as often as not as bad. Hope this helps!
