Yes, packing the chamber method is unchanged. The hopper just adds tobacco capacity so that you can make a whole pack continuously without refilling.

Does it have to glued?

It stays better if it is glued but you could use it not glued

How do I buy the bottom piece of the 3D hopper? It didn't come with my powermatic machine

It does attach to the original small hopper that comes with the device. We have newer V2 version that eliminates the need for the original hopper, but currently we are out of stock.
