I ordered several different spice jars and all had their 'issues' except for these. They were easy to use to build a spice set. Mostly I got them for myself and liked them so much I ordered myself another and one for a friend who lives in an RV. He loves them as when he arrives at his destination he removes the box from hiding and sticks them to the refrigerator. They stay where you place them and are easily refillable. They are durable (one fell off of the fridge while driving on a rough road but sustained no damage) and they are leak-proof. You can easily customize them using your favorite BBQ spices or spices that don't have pre-prepared labels. These are bomb-proof! They receive positive comments from everyone that sees them. I may even order more so I can have a box of 'out of the ordinary' spices and mixes. They were shipped quickly and safely. Don't hesitate!!

I haven't had these tins long, but so far they are perfect for what I needed. I moved into a new home that is short on storage space, so where can I store all my many little spice jars? These tins came to the rescue, because they stick to the side of my refrigerator, thereby saving shelf space. They look very pretty too, and you can arrange them in different patterns. The colors show through the lids, because the included labels are clear, allowing the different colors and shapes of spices to show through. The lid fits just right. It isn't hard to get off, but it doesn't just fall off either. You can twist the lid for shaking or pouring if you don't want to dip and measure the amount. A big point for me was that they hold the entire amount that you get when you buy a small jar of spice. These do that easily. There are many labels included, so I don't have to print my own. Compared to other brands that I saw on the web, this was the best value, and I am so far very happy with them.

I'm not sure why other people seemed to have had some problems with these, because they work great for me! The magnets stay stuck nice and tight to the fridge and the lids stay on snugly. The tins are each rather full of spices and I have no problems with them slipping at all. My only real complaint is that it can be hard to get the spices to pour out of the larger opening because it all gets stuck in there and has trouble getting past the "roadblock," but since most spice containers have this issue, it's not a big deal. I do have a couple of pro-tips if you find you are experiencing either tin-slide or loose lids: 1) If you are experiencing tin-slide, do not put the tins too close together on the fridge. Because they are magnetic, they will repel each other! This may be why some people experience the tins sliding when they shut the door. The magnets are repelling one another slightly and the additional motion from the door closing may be enough to cause them to slide apart. To keep mine where I put them, I have about 1/2 inch between each tin. 2) For loose-fitting lids, there is an easy solution. (If I'm honest, 90% of the lids that came in my shipment were looser than I would like; but I snugged them right up!) If a lid is loose, simply take the tin with the lid off and *gently* pull outward on the edges just a bit. It will deform the metal just barely enough to ensure a good fit for the lid. Don't pull too hard, or else your circle will turn into an oval or worse! Just pull a little bit, and then test the lid. If it's still not tight enough, take it off and pull a little more. You don't even want to be able to see the tin changing shape. It should still look like a circle. Hope this helps those with loose lids! **Edit**: So I learned something interesting about these tins today. Apparently, ground clove does not play nicely with the finish! All my other spices do fine, but there was a blackish corrosion-like chemical reaction going on between the finish over the metal and whatever chemicals are in the clove. I've cleaned the tin and will see whether a further reaction occurs or whether it is fine now that the finish has been taken off by the clove. Either way, the tins still work great, but those who want to store clove may want to be aware of this apparent reaction.

I am a fan of the hexagonal glass jar for sure. But unfortunately few brands other than the pricier ones come in a decent volume size. It wasn't until I ordered a set of 1.5 oz did I realize just how tiny this is at least for my purposes of spice storage. I tend to buy a few tablespoons worth of any given spice at a time from the by-weight section of the grocery store as I cook quite a bit and go through a good variety of spices with some frequency. The 1.5 oz jars just weren't big enough, and I wasn't willing to spend more for the larger sized magnetic jars. These magnetic tins strike a good balance between a clean appearance, adequate volume for whatever you are storing, and appealing price. The magnets are strong enough to hold the tins on my fridge without issue, and I've found all the tops to pop on snugly and still be able to spin easily to access the spout openings. I simple washed them out with a moistened paper towel and let them air dry before filling up, don't own a dishwasher and so easily avoided one of the common complaints. All told, I would recommend these to others and even bought a second set myself so that I could put the "B-Team" spices on display as well! UPDATE: I've now ordered this item twice in order to have 24 tins (I got a lot of spices, what can I say?). Among these two orders,I did discover one tin in which the magnet was for whatever reason weaker than the rest. You could just feel that the pull was not as strong and this tin could be more easily knocked into and lose it's hold. I reached out to the company and heard promptly back from Lorena with Talented Kids. I was offered a either a proportion refund for the faulty tin or a replacement. I opted for the replacement as I still wanted to have two good sets for use and within a few days the new tin came. Very easy to work with and glad for a positive customer service experience!

Received my delivery today, found only 12 tins but labels were missing, please I can get the labels delivered. I had fully paid for the products.

Very flimsy and poorly packed as a couple of items arrived dented and buckled

The containers are quite big and look great. Keen to get them on the wall of my pantry to get rid of the clutter of all the spice jars and packets.

Good size and perfect on the fridge.
