This kit has everything I needed plus some to set up a Set-top-box for my living room. It probably should have a sdxc to be a little faster. The unit has froze a couple times running raspian. I haven't used win10iot but may tinker with it for the gpio. My main disappointment was not with Noobs OS options. I actually went through the trouble installing image of ubuntu mate 16.04 so I could use my VPN service for use with Kodi. Unfortunately kodi can only be used with rasbian, osmc, and the other Noobs option. The kodi developed for ubuntu will not work with the raspberry pi 3 processor. Overall this is a really capable little computer. It's just the Linux OS is so fragmented you can't assume your version wil work with everything for Linux. The kit gets a 4 star because the memory card is not the fastest available which causes stability issues but I have an extra sdxc handy to replace. It's just unfortunate with the value of the kit and a memory card upgrade I could just build a lower end intel based Linux system run ubuntu, kodi, and my paid VPN service for a better home theatre player. I will hold my breath for Linux developers to get kodi for ubuntu on raspberry pi3

the mini keyboard and Raspberry Pi work well, the SD card had NOOBS that gave option to down load a version of WIn 10 and various versions of Linux like raspbian and OpenELEC. Please NOTE: I did Not know that OpenELEC Is Kodi for the Raspberry Pi, some documentation explaining this would have been helpful. However I have found that most Raspberry Pi and add on equipment; both seem to give very little or no information when you purchase these items. I guess they assume most users are experienced. I however am just starting out. Luckily there are YouTube Videos, and websites that explain what to do.

You get 1 star because everything physically was there. I took the rest away because the SD card is blank. This is meant to be basically plug and play. I already have 2 other older Pi's that I dug into. However I don't have time anymore to do as much as I could. That's why having the SD card filled and all the add ons were important. I'm extremely disappointed that now I can't use this until maybe this weekend, if I have time to mess with it.Wouldn't recommend this kit to a friend, would still recommend Pi, just buy it from somewhere else, maybe you'll actually get what you pay for.Buy from a different seller.

The Pi 3 was just what I expected. It came disassembled but that was just 10 min to put it together. It was plugged in and powered up in 15. As it said in the description it was preloaded with the Raspberry software. HOWEVER, I could never find KODI or XBMC anywhere on the provided card or the device. I waisted over a hour looking for the software before I ended up using a separate computer to load the software on the Pi SD card.I use this to run on my 70" tv and the quality is awesome!

They claim they provide a Pre-Loaded 16GB SD Card includes NOOBS, Windows 10, Kodi and more. This is not true. They provide a blank card.The preloaded card is why I chose this kit. Buyer beware!

Bought it for my son, put everything together, but it didnt even boot and no support is provided. Manufacturer MoonCo Robotics website provides social links that dont exist, phone is a google number, no technical faq. Huge disappointment

It was simple to set up as a media center and works great. Im using Kodi. Some of the add on's are iffy on Kodi, but that is not an issue with the kit itself.

I bought this for a retropie setup. I downloaded the distribution and other software while I waited for the package. Once it arrived I was up and running in 15 minutes.

Perfect platform to introduce programming to my grandkids!

Could see any data when the power was on. Card was broken or broke during case installation Now I have to figure out how to get a card with OS installed

Perfect kit; I only got as far as Retro Pi and Scratch but bought this as a gift for my brother and in 30 minutes he had his own cloud server up and running.

I had the kit together and running in less than 15 minutes. Everything had a high quality fit and finish. Great starter PI kit.
