PaceChunky Medium Salsa, 64 oz Bottle

I wanted to make my own Juevos Rancheros at home. There is a restaurant I like to treat myself to every so often for breakfast and that is where I have fallen in love with that dish. So I wanted to be able to make it at home for less. A local store near me use to make fresh serrano salsa but they recently stopped. This doesnt compare to the heat of that salsa I would buy, but this comes pretty close to that fresh taste. I am not a big fan of jarred salsa because they usually have a bit of a canned tomato flavor to them but this specific one from Pace had me very surprised by the flavor. This is now my favorite since the fresh local salsa I use to get isnt being sold any more.

a little sweet but hot as hell. Like hotter than most hot sauces. I add it to chicken salad or guac it's too hot to eat on chips. I love hot food and my spice tolerance is high, this is really really hot salsa

I use these not just for dipping chips in but in several recipes. It began with adding it to boost the flavor of homemade vegetable soup. It does the job and when my kids were little they even liked the soup made with it.

Yes, it's not as good as restaurant salsa, but you can't store restaurant salsa in your frig for weeks!This Pace has a good thickness and not watery like some others. I prefer the medium since it is just the right amount of heat for me.Buying Pace in the large bottle is very economical and in this case, I prefer the plastic which is lighter and I have had no issues with this bottle breaking.

Same sauce I bought in the grocery store but I wanted a better deal and went through Amazon

Not much to say other than it tastes like salsa.

i love this stuff.i go through about a bottle a week.it's actually less expensive than it is at my store and i don't have to drive to the store.just push send on my keyboard.tastes great.great value for the money.recommended and will buy again.
