If you want to lock the file while recording.
When you charge the car dash cam with the car charge, it will auto turn on and recording. You can LONG press the down button to lock the file being recorded.(Please note: A short press on the down button will turn off the microphone )
If you want to lock the recorded video.
You can LONG press menu button twice into playback mode, then you will see the videos. You  can also select the video you want to play by pressing the up and down buttons. Then press the menu button to file setting. Choose the Protection to lock the files.
At the same time, the operation video is uploaded, and the steps are simple and easy to understand.

If you want to playback the video on car camera. 
You need charge the dash cam. Then press power button to stop recording. 
Then LONG press menu button twice into playback mode, then you will see the videos. You can also select the video you want to play by pressing the up and down buttons.
If you want to playback the video on your PC. 
1.Pls use the MINI usb cable to connect the dash cam to your PC, there will show three choice on dash cam screen, pls choose the first one. Then your PC will have a files about the video of the dash cam recording. You can click them to playback. Note: if your PC playback software can not support the AVI format, you can not open the videos or you just can heart sound can not see the images. please download a software named:"KMPlayer".
2.You can insert the SD card into the SD card reader, and plug the SD card reader into your PC.
You will see files on your PC.
You can also view the uploaded operation video, which is clear and simple for easy understanding.
