I recently purchased the Chocolate Chip bagels and froze them when they arrived per their instructions. Next evening, i took one out and noticed it looked different from my previous order of the same bagel. Upon thawing and slicing, I noticed there was not chocolate chips in the bagel anywhere. I sent off a message on the website to the company and received a reply from the President of the company stating that the chips most likely melted into the batter mix. He asked if they smelled and tasted the same. Yes, they smelled and (almost) tasted the same but without chocolate chips. Response should have been more about sending replacements with the chips in them.
