Q: How many ounces does one hold?

I haven’t checked the ounces, but it definitely holds up for nighttime when paired with the fitted diaper. No leaks so far.

Q: Does the fuzzy side go towards baby skin or down to diaper? Is the fuzzy side the fleece side?

I put the fuzzy side towards my baby's skin. It is a very soft fleece.

Q: If these are made from 100% recycled plastic why does it say the material is cotton? Is the plastics even safe or healthy for babys to be wearing?

Thank you so much for calling attention to that listing error. We are working with Amazon to have it corrected. Our Stay-Dry Liners are made from GRS certified 100% recycled fleece. The material is totally safe for baby is and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified.

Esembly has an inner cloth diaper that’s cotton, and an outer cover (2 part system), and then you can add these for extra absorption, like at night for example
