Love it. I use it everyday for exercises and I use it while watching TV, reading book. It is good for waist to down posture & fix my lower back pain.

When I opened the delivery bag, the product was not sealed and had clearly been taken out of its original package (as shown in the photo). I cannot tell if it was used before or not, which is unacceptable for a new product. This was very disappointing, and I’m giving it one star.

My daughter has scoliosis. So it's being used. It's better to watch apps and follow them more easily. She said that after doing these movements, she feel like muscles are loosening.

The product is good. The listing says that there are two sizes. But, they keep sending me the same size. I'm returning both since I didn't get a chance to use it. Poor customer service!
