Very nice product my mom is using from last 2 year

I have been using this product for over a year, and I can confidently say that I am satisfied with it. I have not encountered any leakage issues. However, after prolonged use, the exterior color of the bottle does fade, and the interior, which feels like pure copper, requires maintenance, as it turns black over time.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this product on 16th November 2024, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Within just three weeks of use, the bottle started leaking water, which was extremely frustrating, especially for a product designed to securely hold liquids. I reached out to Hamilton India by registering a complaint and sending an email, but the response was much slower than expected. After a delay, they finally replied on 19th December 2024, promising to replace the faulty product within 7 to 10 days. However, it's been quite some time since then, and I still haven't received any dispatch details or updates despite following up with another email. Overall, I am not satisfied with either the product or the customer service, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this product to others.
