Kept me regular. Good brand. Prob a little more expensive than other brands. This bottle is high quality. So good I took the label off and will use it as a capsule for nic nacs around the house.

Daily use

It says it has 60 capsules but on the bottle it shows 30 servings. People have been mistaking it for 30 capsules and not servings since the bottle comes with 60 pills and each serving is two at a time. Probably why some in the reviews complained about only getting 30 pills when it was 30 servings with 60 pills in the bottle. Will edit review if they do what they are supposed to.
