Q: Had the watch 20 mins, and it's stuck in a continuous loop on the start screen. Powering down and up goes back to the loop. How to fix?

Q: Does this watch also do the things other smart watches do, such as phone notifications, workout detecting (gym work, for example), touch screen?

The watch gives notifications, you setup the types you require via the phone software. You cannot answer/call on the watch. You can also set it up to detect Workouts going on location etc Haven't used it myself for Workouts all that much. Touch screen is not available all the time, only specific functions, music, Workouts to namen but a few. Decent watch, 41 days battery life without GPS is the longest I've had to date. The only option I'd prefer was improved are maps, the addition of detailed turn instructions.
