I returned it because too small and I was sent the same size back

I'm 34d and needed large...in my opinion this bra runs small and the back strap is small also.

Q: So the entire strap from from to back is clear. I need it for my daughters cheer uniform. She is small. How do these sizes run ?

The entire strap is clear. These run very small. My daughter is 11yo. and a little under 5ft. tall. She is about a size 12-14 in children's clothes. She had to get a medium for it to fit her.

Q: Are there removable cups like a sports bra? Trying to make sure the nips don’t show through under stage lighting.

No, it is very very sheer. Much thinner than sports bra. I did not care for the item.
