FiiO E10K (OLYMPUS2) Type-C USB DAC

Q: Can a smartphone power the e10k-tc?

I regularly use it with my pixel 4 to power an HE-400se. YMMV

Q: does this have 120 ohm impedance level? and 1/4 inch port and will connect to hp computer with a usb port?

This can power 600 ohm headphones with a lower volume cap so 120 ohms will be no problem. It does have a 1/4 inch input and will connect to a USB-A port with no issues.

Q: does it support 7.1 virtual surround sound?

No. When the signal is passed through the DAC it converts to stereo.
