Easy to use, brilliant found loads of things in my local lake that I didn’t even know they where there

Tested on canal. I like how it saves the aera’s scanned and the depths levels. Saves time if you go back to same spot. The Apps easy to use. My Dji mini 2 lifts the Deeper easily so I’ll be using that to drop it 100m out when Loch fishing with drone dropper.

Been fishing my syndicate lake blindly for years. I tried plumbing the depths with a SPOD rod and marker arrangement to give me a better understanding of the lake bed, contours and weed locations. Never really learned a great deal. Within a week of purchasing and using the Deeper Pro + 2, I now have a map of the lake bed at my fingertips. Not only do I know where the features and weed are, I am also able to determine where the bulk of the Carp are. Deeper even tells me what depth they’re at. Cast your mind back (excuse the pun) to those blank sessions and ask yourself why you didn’t catch? We’re you fishing on the bottom? Perhaps the fish were mid water and would have taken a Zig? Deeper gives you that heads-up. Seriously! I wish I had bought this tool for my fishing tackle box years ago. The user interface is simple to understand. Scans can be controlled to show pin-point areas on the bed of the lake or wider search areas (useful in different depths of water, I.e. shallow lakes). Different colours on the display indicate differing densities on the bottom or green for the plant life. Fish can be represented as arches or as fish icons, depending on the user requirements. If you only want to be told where the larger fish are scanned, there’s a setting to ignore the smaller ones. It really is a brilliant item. Got a bait boat? Strap it to the back of a cheap boat and you can scan lakes effortlessly for a fraction of the cost of a boat that carries onboard Sonar. If you were in any doubt about spending a couple of hundred quid on one of these, let me put your mind at rest. It’s an investment in your recreational life that you won’t regret. Finally, battery life is superb at around 8 hours of use between charges and they appear to be pretty bullet-proof. Go on. Spoil yourself!

It took me a while to figure out how it works, but it is ok, it gives a nice clear picture of the depth and the bottom , the only downside is the the instruction pamphlet, it is a bit small and not enough information, but overall a great device.

Used it twice and It stopped charging so after contacting the seller I had to send It back to them in Latvia. A week later they told me that It had suffered water damage due to misuse. Which Is rubbish! £199 down the drain.

Ci ho messo un po per acquistarlo ma ora so dove vado a pescare veramente. Iideale per conoscere i fondali e per trovare spot idelali in qualsiasi luogo. Lo porto sempre con me in modo che se trovo un luogo interessante , lo mappo subito . Mai piu giornate perse in nuovi spot a cercare di capire cosa c'è sotto il pelo dell' acqua e soprattutto molte lenze salvate. Il tutto condito da un semplice utilizzo. Ah dimenticavo trova anche i pesci ahahaha . FANTASTICO e straconsigliato.

Wife grabbed this for an early birthday gift and it’s been a blast for fish at the pier. It’s easy to use after the initial setup, just toss it in the water, connect via wifi, and you’re off. It can spot fish with ease. I'm not expert on underwater structure but it seems to pick up those too. The GPS mapping is awesome, I can make maps from and save my favorite spots. It stays connected up to a couple hundred feet away. The app is really easy to use and has lots of options. Battery seems to last a long time but I don't just leave it in the water and it charges quickly it’s small about the size of a tennis ball. Overall, it’s made fishing more fun and less guesswork caught some good bluegill after my wife spotted some 5 feet deep. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a simple, reliable way to see what’s happening under the surface! Minor draw backs. I chose black and sometimes lose sight of it in the water but its accurate on the app and there are other colors to choose. The app does try to upsell you but it only seems to be each time you start the app. You pretty much need a dedicated pole for the sonar with heavy test. I think they recommended 20lb but I used 50lb braid. Had a lot of fun using it so far. Its a bit price but it does work well and overall love the design. Also because of the price I tend to stress out with it on the water.
