Light weight
It is light weight, fits easily in my hand As it is only 3.4 volts it is not a high power tool. It easily stalls under a load but is great for light duty projects like drilling small holes, etc. in wood or plastic and brass. I've added a 3 jaw chuck, which adds to the versatility of this tool.

No charge
Does not keep a charge. When it's working does a good jobI used it on dogs nails and my big toe nail that sticks out hooded good tell the thing would not keep a charge for more than ,5 minutes even after leaving it on the charger over night.

Awesome Customer service
I have only used this drimal twice a it quit working .. The customer service was prompt in handling the issue. I highly recommend this Dremel it's easy for me to use do to the arthritis . it's a Buy.

DO NOT BUY THIS
I bought this dremel twice. first time it died on me randomly after a day of use. bought another one thinking it was just a dud. nope, same thing happened to the second one. just completely stopped spinning no matter how much i charged it. unreliable and a waste of money. worked well for the few hours it worked though
