Exceptional value. Gets the job done better than any other type of nail file.
I've had the nail file for a couple months now and it seems to have reduced nail breakage/splitting. It is also way more efficient and files down the nail without as much effort as it takes to use a metal or cardboard nail file. The textured surface has held up and doesn't show any wear what so ever. One thing worth mentioning is that the glass file isthicker than a typical nail filer so there is a bit of a learning curve depending on how you file your nails. Don't let that stop you though. This is probably one of the best product switches I've made. I know, that sounds dramatic but I'll never go back to regular nail files and I really wish I had known about glass nail files sooner because they work so well. I only learned about glass nail files while looking into "Buy It For Life" products and I am so glad I did. I will be gifting these glass nail files to all of my friends and family because they make a great stocking stuffer with some nail polish or hand cream. These files have exceptional value especially considering the lifespan of the product.

There IS a difference
Srsly. A BIG difference between Germanikure's files and other "glass" files on Amazon. I've purchased glass files in the past thinking they were all the same, and they. are. not. I thought using the healthier filing option on my fragile nails would mean I would have to sit there for ages trying to get some kind of decent shaping; turns out the overly smooth filing surface on my previous purchase that wouldn't actually file anything (maybe buff?) wasn't working, bc it wasn't real glass. It was a coating!This file is the real deal. Files and shapes like a dream, and doesn't feel like it abraids my nails.

Smoothly files nails!
Work great, will see how it holds up! Similar to one I have had for years. Filed nails smoothly. Would by again when needed! And the blue color was an added bonus!

Works great!
This came in a timely manner. It came well packed in this hard tube. Not damaged. I've tried it and it left my nails smooth. I have thin brittle nails and I have to be careful what file I use. This works well, feels sturdy like it won't break easily. I love it.

Best Permanent Nail File
This is my second one. First is still going strong, but I wanted another for convenience. Not cheap but does a great job and lasts for a very long time. I have had my first one for several years now and I notice no degradation over time.

Ditch the flimsy ones, worth the investment tbh
Lost my file that someone gifted me, and found it again. Now I have 2: one for home and one for my purse! The glass is actually etched so they never wear out. Almost 10 years of switching to glass files and I’ve never gone back to the flimsy ones!
