This Nature's Truth iron matched the type and amount that my doctor wanted me to take. I was able to take it on a empty stomach before breakfast without any issues. The tiny pills are easy to swallow. Based on my doctors blood work it was successful in raising my iron levels.I tried other brands that were not as easy on my stomach or were a black color that I was concerned would stain my teeth.
