We use this for our church ministry and it was easy to get connected so we can stream online and to different platforms. Plug n play! Great equipment.

The plug port did not work. No matter what cable I used or place I plugged it in. It did not work, i was disappointed and returned it.

When streaming 1080p 60fps the stream peaks at 8.7 Mbs which is perfect for YouTube. Excellent unit.

This device is excellent for live streaming, offering high-quality 4K video and reliable performance. The setup is straightforward, and the interface is user-friendly. However, occasional connectivity issues can arise, which might require troubleshooting. Overall, it’s a solid choice for professional streaming needs

The unit was DOA

Great for social media streaming to Youtube, etc., but will not work with any streaming service that requires a password like DaCast. So it's going back.

Don't bother. Horrible device. Avoid at all costs. Customer service was less than helpful. Their return policy is awful, the product is awful. If something is wrong, they'll make you pay to send it to them, do "testing", then send it back. We followed all instructions to fix the devices latency issue, but nothing worked. After about 25 minutes the video and audio would not sync up and worsened.

One of the things that you will not easily find on online forums or the product description or specifications, is its latency. When you take USB output from the live view, the latency is in the order of around 200 ms. In my use case, i did not find it acceptable, so i had to return it.

長時間使用してもエラーなど発生せず、安定して放送できました。 ただフルHDで放送した時の画質はあまり良くないです。 フルHDで使用するなら下位モデルの使用するか、他メーカーのキャプチャーボードを使用しobsで配信したほうが綺麗です。 また電源スイッチも無いので電源タップが必要です。
