Excellent customer service.
Update 03-17-2023I am very impressed with their customer service. Would definitely recommend them.Update 03-14-2023The seller has kindly replied with possible reasons for the malfunction and has asked that I ship it back and they will exchange it for a new one.Update 03-12-2023Five months in, the projector how has color changes to the screen. Everything else works well. It is ceiling mounted with no obstructions. I was impressed that the remote has a button on it to invert the screen for ceiling mounting. No need to go through menus to find and invert the screen. Compliments to the manufacturer.12-03-2022Purchased 11-25-2022. Delivered 12-03-2022. Overall, I like the projector for the price. Unfortunately the remote quit working. I was able to turn the projector on with the remote and orient it for ceiling mounting. The refresh rate is a little slower than my old projector and the picture is a little grainy but not bad and still a good value for the price. The remote not working is would not be as big of a problem if the projector was not mounted at ceiling height.I left a note for the seller regarding the remote.Update - 12-04-2022. The seller has contacted me and they are sending a replacement remote. Great service.Update 12-08-2022. The replacement remote arrived. Works great. Upgrade to 5 stars.

Excellent, especially for video game lag.
I've been through half a dozen projectors, and I have to say this is my favorite one. I liked it so much, I bought a couple. Here are some highlights: Game Mode is great feature because it eliminates input lag from the game controller. Not all projectors have this feature. I use blue tooth speakers, so there are no sound issues. However, the built-in speaker is also a decent (bonus). The Key stone options are exceptional! You can control each corner of the picture, bend it/stretch it/shrink it/flip it/reverse it/fold it, etc. this is essential because it allows you to line up the picture perfectly to your viewing screen. It also has a nice zoom feature that appears to retain image quality. It displays the amazon firestick, netflix, etc. flawlessly 1080p/4k comparable. Everything looks amazing with the vibrant colors. However, I'm also a vhs and laserdisc enthiusiast...so I was looking for a projector that would work well with old media formats to include proper aspect ratio options. This gives you those options. Needless to say, this works very well. VHS, Laserdisc, Old media formats look like they should from back in the day (which is quite the feat on modern equipment). As for the modern media, yes; comparable to 4K. Everything looks crisp. The amount of picture and sound options is very good for the price. I had other yaber projectors, and this is my favorite. Enjoy :-).

Overall positive experience
Considering that this was a middle-of-the-road pick for "I'm too lazy to get out of bed" entertainment, I'm totally pleased with the purchase. Wait until dark, or get a high quality screen and blackout shades for indoor use. The speakers are entirely adequate, although I suspect things would improve substantially if connected to a proper sound system. I have not tested the 3D capabilities, but I've got it hooked up to FireTV, and there do not appear to be any of those. The fan is a trifle noisy, but after a while you don't hear it. The lamp does tend to warm up the room, maybe to uncomfortable levels in an already warm situation. Forewarning. I haven't tried projecting the image farther than 10 feet, so it doesn't quite fill my screen. I'm happy with it, and when I move the bed, I may have to hang the unit from the ceiling since the distance will increase to 15 feet.I had it up and running in 30 minutes out of the box, including WEP'ing both the projector and the FireTV into my wonky network - thanks, NetGear, for NOT fixing yer blankin' Nighthawk router. This projector wakes the TV box up if it's sleeping, and there are other slots for more AV gear. It will drive your BlueTooth headphones as well, so you can watch stuff without waking everyone else up. Note - BLUETOOTH DOES NOT CARRY VIDEO SIGNALS.It can be ceiling mounted, or wall mounted, as there are keystone corrections for either option and it will flip the image (since ceiling mounting requires bolting the feet to the hanger). A word of warning - the cables are short, so be prepared to have sufficient lengths of the right kinds of cabling to go to and from your equipment, and some sort of cable management, since tangling yourself up in wires in a dark room can get expensive. And embarrassing.Consider this as very nice entry level equipment. There are units that cost less than half what this one did. Maybe they're exactly the same. I doubt it. I can't prove it because I'm not taking this one apart until it doesn't work anymore. But emitters and light valves are sourced as graded material. The prime stuff goes into expensive equipment. That 50$ flashlight cost that much because the emitters they used WERE that expensive. The 10$ flashlight claiming to have the same output uses the same emitter, but it is NOT the same. They bought a boatload of junk emitters that didn't meet spec. And that, boys and girls, is how cheap equipment gets to be cheap. So, when or if, this dies, I'm not going to complain much. People who buy the 50$ version should consider it a lesson.
