The Elatec TWN4 card reader is one of the most versatile products of its kind on the market today. It’s virtually a single-part-number solution which could potentially reduce inventory requirements by more than 50%. TWN4 simultaneously reads more than fifty RFID technologies from both the low frequency (LF) and high frequency (HF) bands, including NFC. This provides the option to select as many of the technologies required instead of being forced to select one or two like most other readers. TWN4 is also field programmable via USB or a contactless card, which ensures that the correct card reader has been deployed and the installation will not be delayed. This decreases the configuration time from up to 30 minutes for an integrated reader, to less than 5 seconds with a contactless card. In addition, the TWN4 can be configured as a diagnostic tool to identify the type of RFID technology, bit length, memory size and unique identification number. The TWN4 is also certified worldwide in most primary and secondary markets, with custom programming and private labeling available on request.

Should of got reader from RF IDeas Inc.
Item arrived as described and in-like new condition however the Elatec product support was terrible, and the firmware is very buggy. It would not read our badge type and did not perform or function nearly as well as the PcProx Plus reader we purchased from RF IDeas.
