Adequate protection. Nicely elastic, feels durable.
Nice fabric. Non allergic. Adequate band width above and below the padding to ensure it stays in place during use. Snug yet not tight and blood squeezing. Padding is just superb. My main use is for yoga (child pose, push ups, Surya namaskar) not volleyball or active sports. So my perspective is limited and not all encompassing. Exactly as shown in photograph.

Knees have never been so comfortable!
Brought 2 x pairs & must confess both are osom. Easily washable in washing machine & colour doesn't come out or fade. The padding doesn't get damaged after washing & really provides a cushion while bending on the knees. Highly recommended if your work involves often sitting on your knees!
