I have hyper startle disorder/tourettes and I felt like my life was getting harder to live daily ... This really helped allot until it didn't. Not sure what happen but it started to make things worst... I think this stuff is amazing and it is a must try.... but when it stops working I would say its your body saying "I AM GOOD" and you should stop for a while and let your body dictate when to start back taking it.

My doctor recommended these after life had handed me crisis after crisis for several years and chronic stress was taking a toll on me. I took two a day and within a week noticed a strong improvement in focus and energy. Every once in a while when I’m no longer taking these I will notice difficulty focusing and concentrating and the sensation that I’m trying to plod through concrete to get routine tasks done. I start these again and find myself quickly back on track.

This product was recommended to me by my functional medicine doctor about five years ago and I have been taking it ever since. I take two in the morning and have been enjoying the benefits the main one being that I don’t get a fatigue feeling in the afternoon. I used to wake up feeling exhausted and I do not feel that way any longer. When I skip a few days or take one instead of two I notice the difference. I am calm and Do not get frustrated easily. I do take other supplements but this one seems to have evened out my Cortisol levels which were uneven to begin with.

The thing to know about adrenal supplements is that it takes a little while for them to actually begin to improve the condition of the adrenal gland. Of course, the faster that your adrenal glands perk back up tells you good quality the product is. I’ve only been taking this product a few days so I will give an update in about 30 days

My naturopath recommended this supplement and this brand. As it is professionally recommended it needs to be of higher quality and effective. While no miracle drug, it’s a supplement after all, it has helped me over time in addition to other recommendations.

Overall it helped with sleep. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking it as it caused big cystic acne bumps that were more than I could tolerate. And yes, this was the only thing that changed when the breakouts occurred. It may not happen for everyone, but keep an eye out.

I really don't know that much about adrenal glands. I have suffered from exhaustion for YEARS. I have seen PCM's for years trying to solve the issue, but have had no success (tried anti-depressants, sleep testing, progesterone, sleeping pills, etc. etc.). My children's babysitter suggested I try this and I feel like I'm 20 again. I wake up feeling good, I'm no longer cold all the time, and the best part is I have so much energy. Because I'm not seeing a homeopath or anyone to diagnose or treat with this supplement I am going to continue to take it for a few months. I took it for a month, felt terrific and then stopped and within days I felt lethargic again--so went back on. When I was looking at different types to try many of them had astragalus root in them so I have been supplementing with astragalus root extract (20-30 drops) daily. I read somewhere that it is good for exhaustion as well. Very grateful to have found this supplement!

I was using Adrenal Complex by Designs for Health for over a year, and that was a very good product. I needed a dosage modification to continue working on my Adrenal Fatigue caused by chronic Lyme Disease, and the Vital Nutrients product provides notable relief when I'm feeling extremely lethargic, having a hard time waking up, experiencing lightheadedness/dizziness or am crashing. I've been using it for about 4 months with no ill effects--definite improvement overall.
