Q: How many U.S. cups do each one hold?

Since they are scoops, I don't know how you would measure the exact amount. But when I use the largest one, and completely fill it up, it fills a 1 cup measuring cup plus a little more. The medium one about 3/4 cup and the small one about 1/2 cup. The measurments are when I use flour and sugar.

Q: These scoops are tiny, right? i mean 50ml (1.8 oz) / 100ml (3.5 oz)/150ml (5.3 oz) are small, very small. might as well use an old coffee cup, right?

Small for an ice scoop if you want to scoop a lot. I wanted one for my sugar canister but the handle is too long.
