Q: Has anyone used it for EasyJet flight recently? Worried they will reject it

We have used these cases about 5 times in the past year since the new rules came in, our last trip was in September 2022 on an Easyjet flight and it was fine. However, today flying Ryanair I was hit with a £92 charge for 2 of these cases as they will not allow them as hand luggage…even though they fit under the seat and they were the only things we were carrying! The lady at the boarding desk in Liverpool airport was a right battleaxe, looked like she was chewing a wasp and she told me she charges the same for Easyjet too as she does not work for the airline and the new rules are if they have wheels they aren’t permitted… just backpacks and handbags from now on. However, kids with Trunkies were ok?? It’s a joke. I paid £300 for 6 of these cases for the family and now I can’t use them anymore. I just checked and Ryanair policy states they have to be 40 x 20 x 25cm so if you are flying Ryanair they will charge you like they did with me.

High enough but flimsy. My handle got stuck in and I had to send it back!

It is a green Blue. Teal. Like the sheen of a magpies wing.

Q: How do I reset the code if I’ve forgotten the code I set it to?

Always memorise or take a photo of your code. The default code is 0-0-0
