Perfect so far
A couple of things. You don't need a spring compressor at all. You might want to pull the ABS sensor clip from the frame rail on each side but spring compressor is not necessary. Once you drop the shocks the axle hangs down enough to get the springs in.My big problem was one of my bags would not unlock from the chassis. There is a locking tang that holds it in place but mine was still stuck. I did a lot of terrible things to that bag but in the end it was an air chisel that finally broke it free. The other one was a quick turn and came rigt out.The ride height is perfect. I had another Envoy in the driveway and they came out with in 1/4". The ride is excellent. It feels a little tighter, a little more connected to the road.If these springs become a problem I'll come back and edit this.

Perfect replacement for expensive air ride system
These were perfect for replacing the leaking air bags in my 03 Envoy. Perfect fit, great ride height (matches the front), and a great price. I cant speak for how they handle a load, as we never do any loading towing in excess of a few hundred lbs. Which is why these were perfect to replace the air bags with. I cut and plugged the old air lines, so I can still use the pump for tires, balls, etc.. when I need to.

PERFECT INEXPENSIVE REPAIR FOR LEAKING REAR AIR BAGS
A perfect fix for the leaking rear air bags/springs in my 2002 Olds Bravada. Never haul any heavy items so no need to replace the expensive air bags. Works and rides great. The ride height looks exactly like normal and I don't come out after work to see my Bravada all droopy in the rear and have to wait a few min for the bags to pump up.

Very Pleased!
These springs were easy to install and replaced the old air bags with no problem. Just be sure to loosen both shocks and lower the rear axle as far as possible. Installed these over a month ago and the vehicle rides well and sits perfectly! Great value for the money.

easy way to upgrade failed air suspension
rec'd item very quickly, seems to be high quality, easy way to replace/upgrade failed air suspension system, only problem I had was in trying to remove the original failed air bags, the locating locking tab on the upper end was difficult to twist to unlock from the chassis mount, this was certainly not any problem w/ the replacement springs, very economical & efficient way to restore the proper ride height to my GMC Envoy

Even a city person can install them
Excellent! Installed on my 2003 Envoy XL during lunch break with just two 18” weenches, two jacks, and a knife to puncture the old air bags. Looks and moves great and I didnt even replace the shocks.

Worked great. Very simple install
Worked great. Very simple install. Remove the bottom 2 bolts for the shocks, let the axle drop down, air bags will fall out, then put these in. Little pressure to squeeze the springs a hair and boom they slide right in. Rides great as well.

I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THIS A LONG TIME AGO
Works great picture only shows two rubber isolators however it came with four. Very pleased ride quality is amazing and installation was simple... DO NOT FORGET TO BUY NEW SHOCKS THAT WILL FIT THE NON-AIR RIDE VERSION OF YOUR VEHICLE

Should have done it earlier, very nice product.
I have tried replaced my air springs before and recently the rear end of the Saab 9-7x started to sag from (rear fender to ground height) 33/34" to 32" and then gradually dropping to 31". Obviously not the air springs as they are new and the compressor cycles at start up. It could be the ride height sensor or the lines but I am not going to spend the time and effort to try to fix it knowing some part of the system will eventually fail.I have replaced the air springs myself after watching numerous videos on youtube, it is not hard at all but I want to point out a few points to help others out.1) Make sure you un-mount the brake line holder from the frame before dropping the shock from the shock mount. Once its dropped it stretches and if the holder is still on the frame, it might break it off and stretch/break the line.2) Un-mount the ride height sensor from the suspension arm so when the shock is dropped, it doesn't limit the travel as you need the trailing arm to drop all the way to put the spring in.3) Tape the isolators to the ends of the spring so they stay on when wiggling the spring into the spring mount.4) you might need someone to step on the trailing arm when you put the spring (and isolators) in to gain that 1/4 inch or half inch of space.5) install the springs with the tighter coils on the top, I have seen videos where they have installed it upside down. It is in the instructions as well.6) when tightening the shock bolts, the torque value for the top and bottom is 64 ft-lb (from factory manual)7) The ride height after installation is at factory spec of 33". Although a couple more inches (lifted) would be nice but installing a 2" block (lift kit) requires unbolting more components, so I have decided to not lift the suv.I find the ride very smooth, passing over bumps feels similar to the air springs BUT going thru turns or corners are much more solid and confident. I have not tested the sag with the vehicle under load or towing, but I can't see it sagging that much. If it sags alot then I will look into a helper air spring which is not expensive and easy to install as well.Overall this conversion has really saved me form the worries of the ride height not being consistent and not knowing which component has failed. I should have done this sooner right when the air springs failed the first time.
