After looking at the products available at my local pharmacy I felt based on the picture and the text that stated the product was made in Germany I would be acquiring as indicated a 'professional ingrown toenail file'. The file sent was made in Pakistan and upon close observation of the file portion it is not at all like the picture. I contacted the company and detailed what was wrong with the product I received. I received an immediate response with an apology and they are sending me the correct product at no charge - I received - another made in Pakistan ingrown toenail file!! I don't think they actually read beyond 'incorrect product received'. The file works, but if your expecting a professional product as in the picture - good luck.

Item looks just like in the picture. As someone else has mentioned, this is made in Pakistan but I could care less since the quality of it is excellent. The tip is fairly thin to get into tight areas, works good for me and I haven't found anything like this before.

I love these, had them before but someone stole mine!
