Sure, you can use plain 'ol spring curtain rods to help prevent things from falling out of your RV fridge or cabinets, but these double rods seem to do a better job of staying in place than two separate rods.They are easy to adjust and place.Are they perfect? No, they do sometimes shift and fall. Great for Rv refrigerator or cabinets to keep things where they should be on travel day

Works well to keep sodas and other items in place in our RV refrigerator while traveling.

I like the versatility of these as they work in the cupboards as well as the refrigerator.

They do the job, but they are pretty flimsy in my opinion.
