My daughter had double Achilles tendon lengthening surgery.She was in double casts for 6 weeks and basically had to learn to walk again.We bought the new balance sneakers the surgeon recommended for her. But she sometimes looked like she was walking pigeon toed. So the surgeon recommended these in medium arch. My daughter raves about these. She says it feels like she’s walking on pillows.I bought a second pair for my 12 yo son’s Nike sneakers as they aren’t comfortable. Just received those so can’t wait to use these in his shows as well!

Great fit; I especially need the molded heel cup which Superfeet does so well. These inserts are thinner than I'm used to; I ended up adding a thin foam liner on top.

I swear by these. Go to their website and do their insole finder quiz so you know which kind to get. I bought a pair for my son when he was working attractions at Disneyland. He had been wearing his Dr. Martens and his feet were killing him at the end of his shifts. After he put these in and worked one shift, he came home and told me that it felt like he was standing on clouds.

Over the years, I have purchased many Superfeet inserts, mostly the pink inserts, but started looking around for cheaper options as $60+ on top of the $140+ shoes adds up. Had high hopes for these more economically priced inserts by Superfeet, but they just are not the same. Unlike the pink ones, these have aeration holes in the forefoot. For the first couple weeks, I really noticed those holes with almost every step. Yes, I wear socks. Other inserts have the holes and those did not bother me, but these really did. Perhaps they are smashed down enough now, but not sure what that says about the longevity of the insert. I will continue to use these inserts for awhile, but the hunt for good support continues.

As a lifetime runner and hiker with flat feet, I’ve used numerous insoles over the years. While Superfeet have been my go to brand for quite some time, this version is my all time favorite. They’re thin, comfortable and supportive. They’ve held up well for at least 500 miles and have extended the life of my hiking shoes.

My podiatrist recommended these and when they arrived I thought they seemed to thin to do much.However, the medium arch was perfect for me and I liked how the heel portion wasn't just flat, but came upon the edges to stabilize my heels. I recommend these for anyone with plantar fasciitis.
