Good looking phone,,designed poorly.
I chose not to make a review as before I got a memory card. I inserted the memory card, and needed it a few days later in another device, and attempted to remove the memory card, and the loose-wafer-thin circuit board right above the memory card, that there was a solid piece of plastic under the memory card, so that avenue of removal was gone. The wafer-thin-circuit board, was in the way and is and was impossible to remove the memory card alone, without the wafer thin circuit board. I am a consumer and am not going to run to "a target store" everytime" I can't set up a phone without being "regular daylight" hours when attenpting to set it up. Nor do I have the necessary tools to remove more than the optional, removable memory cards. The phone is irreparablbly damaged due to the unsuccessful, application of being able to remove a memory card. I would like store credit for the replacement, and partial "taxes refund" to my payment method, as I accrued interest when I made that purchase. I can take a picture of the damage and show "you" the end result of said action. I'm sure it's common in that type of model of phone, so I suppose you should remove it. But that's my opinion. It's a bad purchase, for that model. Thanks for taking the time to read the critical review, that a purchase isn't made. And if enough of you buy this phone and see what I'm talking about, maybe refunds all around.

Birthday gift
Got ths phone for my son so he could stop using mine. It does what it should do. However the storage is very low. He can only dwnload one app and the memory is full. I have to invest in additional memory for his device to be to his satisfaction.
