Q: hi, I am confused as what size to buy. small waist is 25.98 and medium waist is 29.13 my question is... I am 27" waist. So which size do I get?

If you buy a larger you can always adjust it down.

Ex large as you want it to hang not grab the body…..my opinion

I went up a side because it is figure hugging on your belly and hips and I wanted it to lay smooth without underwear marks or unwanted belly fat being exaggerated because maybe the skirt was too tight. I ordered my right size first and then returned it for one size larger than me and that for me was the look I was asking for.

Q: What is the length in inches size medium?

I am 4'10 and it was to the floor with low heels. This is a beautiful skirt by the way.
