Every day
I take these daily for a htmfr mutation. I’m not sure how much they work but I’m also not willing to stop taking it to find out! My only complaint is that they sometimes dissolve in the water in my mouth before I can swallow them. But still I think they are worth it.

Usable folate for me. I have MTHFR A1298C mutation.
These small tablets dissolve quickly in my mouth if I hold them there a minute. Essentially flavorless, and I like them being dissolved so I am likely to absorb them better. I have an MTHFR A1298C genetic mutation which is said to lower folate utilization about 30%. This form bypasses that quirk. I also stopped any and all intake of folic acid, which is synthetic and is said to be something I not only cannot convert but which could also block utilization of the percent of natural folate I could use from food. (Beware of fortified foods! Check for folic acid!)
