It is very powerful and easy to install. But if you don’t like the whole house screaming and shaking this isn’t for you. Although it’s very powerful and amazing, it’s very loud.

Works perfectly. Sadly corner was dented and we waited to long to open box/return. It's hardly noticeable. Make sure to open soon if you are a remodel. Also, it has the brand in black on the front. Very visible. Not a fan of branded items screaming at you. Otherwise, great product!

Overall, this is a good product. I’ve been using it for about 4 months, and it works very well for its main purpose. Installation took some effort. I tried to center it properly, but I couldn’t place the power connector inside the hood, so it ended up outside and I had to make a cut to plug it in. Installing the duct also has its tricks and is a bit uncomfortable to work with, but it’s doable. My two main complaints: after a few weeks, the stainless steel started showing small stains or marks that look dirty and won’t come off. The second issue — and the main reason I bought it — is the touchless gesture control. It worked at first with some difficulty, but now it works only when it feels like it. That said, it still works very well for what it’s made for — the suction is strong and the noise level is tolerable. I didn’t return it because uninstalling it would’ve been a lot of work, and I needed it ready for a home event. In terms of quality, it’s average, and paying extra for the sensor version wasn’t worth it. /// En general, es un buen producto. La segunda, y principal razón por la que lo compré, fue el sistema touchless, que al principio funcionaba con dificultad y luego empezó a funcionar cuando le da la gana. Dicho eso, para lo que está hecho funciona muy bien: succiona bien y el ruido es tolerable. No lo devolví porque desmontarlo era mucha pérdida de tiempo y lo necesitaba listo para una actividad en casa. En cuanto a calidad, está más o menos, y pagar extra por el sensor no valió la pena.

Easy install very nice

We purchased this Comfee range hood in November 2024 during our home remodel. Within two weeks of installation, the digital control panel fell out due to two broken plastic clips. I contacted the manufacturer and went back and forth through more than 20 emails. Comfee initially requested photos, the model, and the serial number, which I promptly provided. Despite the photos clearly showing the broken part, they claimed they didn’t have a replacement and insisted I MUST return the entire unit for inspection before deciding on a resolution. I explained that it costed me more than $300 to install the range hood initially, and now removing it, shipping it back, and reinstalling a replacement would cost me an additional at least $500 + damage our new kitchen remodel wall. So on top of the unit cost, it would cost me $800 extra just to hope I can have something functioning. This is extremely unreasonable for a unit that costs about $200. I asked for a replacement part/unit or a refund instead, but they denied my request repeatedly. The company's lifetime and satisfaction warranty is 100% misleading and offers absolutely zero value. Comfee expects customers to spend hundreds of dollars to address their defective products under warranty, which is completely unacceptable. If you value your money, time, and your newly remodeled kitchen, avoid this product. It’s been a massive waste of both my time and money.

It was very easy to install. Mounted nicely on the wall. The hands free feature is very cool and makes it easy to use, no finger prints or buttons. And the "wind down" for 3 mins at the lowest speed is super useful that makes it run after you cook, thereby cover any residual fumes and smell to be cleared up. And its powerful enough for my Indian cooking too. Keeps smells away.

Puchased “like new condition “… excellent purchase for fraction of retail price… unit I received looked to be a possible return item. The packing was a little beat up , that being said the vent hood was as new condition… not complicated to install for a do it yourself person.

Look cheap! It gets the job done.
