Yes, this is actually 14" not including the ears.

Q: Is it actually 14", not including the ears? I only know of these being released in 8".

It is not 14” as described. I received the 8”. Very disappointing. I don’t have time to return because it is a gift, or I would.

Q: Can you take him out of the outfit?

Not really. You can only pull down the hoodie to reveal Pooh’s head. The outfit is not removable.
