Q: The picture and the description are not the same product! Please correct this mistake, because I bought the wrong product due to this mistake.

I did the same thing! The picture is top coat and description is base coat and they won’t let me return it so buyer beware!!

Q: Can i mix it with pigments (powder)?

Don't know haven't tried. Tri it and see if it works 😁

Yup, the listing is very misleading. I had to contact amazon to get a return because I bought it thinking it was the top coat.
