Shipped fast. Easy to assemble, easy to install/set up. Great design. Poorly made from cheap materiels. My cats love it but it's already coming apart. Also is not very pretty, looks cheap and unappealing. Would love to see this made with quality materials in a more appealing aesthetic. I would certainly pay more for a better product.

It’s a good concept. Cats love heights. However the seating is way too small. My cats weigh 12 lbs. they should make the seating. My cat hit the floor and fell off the first 5 minutes. I am putting their old tree back in front of this one. They like the carpeting on it. The plastic pipe on the top shouldBe metal. I just hope my two cats aren’t In pain tomorrow as they both fell off of it.

The media could not be loaded.  This cat tree was relatively easy to assemble though I did end up having to cut the pipe to size using a knife, which was a little tough but doable with a strong, sharp, serrated steel knife. Overall, though it’s a little wobbly (but seems to hold well with the top snugly in place), the platforms are a little far apart (so it’s not as easy for them to jump from one to the other), and it’s not the most attractive cat tree, it’s still good value for money and makes a very small footprint so it’s great for small spaces. I think it’s a good shorter term solution if you don’t want to spend a huge amount, though I may end up later purchasing some sisal rope to cover parts of it where the material gets scratched up. Also to note, though it says they do next day prime delivery, mine ended up taking 5 days to arrive and when I called Amazon to clarify, the info I was given was confusing (they said it would arrive next day, though my order showed 6 days, and it ended up arriving in 5 days). Overall happy with the purchase and one of my two cats is already enjoying her new vertical space!

This tower was perfect when I had 9-foot ceilings, but now that I've moved to a place with lower ceilings the adjustments no longer work. When I use both it is too tall, but when I just use one it's way too short. No matter how deep I push the pole on the spring it will not go down far enough to make it fit. I wish it would come with a few different sizes of extension parts so this wouldn't be an issue, or I wish they had a representative I could contact to make this request. I would love to keep using this, but without the proper size poles, it's just not safe for my cat.

This tree is terrific for small spaces and it really does look nicer than other trees. Incredibly fast to assemble and install, it requires no tools and no ceiling holes. The footprint is tiny in comparison to the large amount of play value. The carpet is clearly pleasant to scratch because my cat has made use of it. My only complaint is that the perches are too small for my very large 15 lb cat to stretch out on, although it has been sturdy enough to support his heft well . This would be an amazing tree for kittens and smaller cats who love to climb actual trees!!!!! With the fully carpeted pole, it simulates the exercise of an actual tree. If your cat is climbing your drapes right now, buy this tree immediately.
