Q: I need to push some boots out to original size, size 10d. i bought the large. i can't get them all the way into the boots. what do i do?

Treat the leather heavily with a thick coat of leather conditioner and let dry for 24 hours. Then, wipe off excess and Soften the leather with a hair dryer on hot, ( it takes about 5-6 minutes) Then push in the mold as far as you can and let cool, then repeat.

A Medium is recommended for size 8.

Yes. It should not be smaller than the shoe. If you lace up the shoe on the tree, it should fit like it does on your foot
