According to website Relief pressure adjustable from 25 to 200 psi Silicon O-ring provides leak-proof seal to within 10 percent of set pressure

Q: Can this be used with liquid and allow a fitting to guide the overflow through a tube back to water tank?

I do not know for sure. I used only are an air flow pressure regulator. I doubt this valve would work with liquid?
