Won't last long - poor customer service
It worked great for almost 2 months. The return window closed, so I submitted a message to the seller. After an automated reply asking for more details, their response was a suggestion to buy a motor with a higher horsepower! This was a direct replacement with identical horsepower, so that's an irrelevant suggestion.The motor suddenly started smoking, so I turned the power off. I needed a replacement quickly, and these are available next day, so I ordered another one and trusted that the seller would take care of me. Well, that new one failed within a few days! I returned it through Amazon, and I replaced the motor with a different brand. Now I'm up and running, but I'm dealing with this seller's poor customer service process on the first motor from 2 months ago.They requested videos and pictures to document the issue. I didn't take a video as I was cutting the power to prevent a fire! I took some pics that include smoke residue on the housing. About 20 hours after I submitted the first pictures to them, I got another automated message saying that they may take up to 24 hours to respond and to please send more details. It has now been more than 25 hours since I submitted the second set of pictures for them, and I have nothing but the automated replies.Don't buy anything from this seller, and don't buy this motor from any other seller either. It will fail quickly, and based on my experience so far, you can't get any help from the seller.

Great motor
There is very little guidance on how to install the wiring for the motor. I finally got it figured out but it took several tries. Once installed it worked as expected.

Fast shipping, excellent packaging
Perfectly replaced the old motor. Seems to be more powerful than orginal. Packing was carrier (shipper) proof.

It sucks .pops the internal constantly now won't work at all
Would not buy. 15 days past return window and the is dead.same spec motor ran for 7 years this one 3 weeks..

Poor quality product.
The media could not be loaded. Delivered July 23 2025, now when you go to turn it on it pops breakers. Will be spending the money on a good quality unit. Hopefully this helps someone else.
