I use it at the maximum level because at lower frequencies, I feel nothing. I’m using it on my hair. At the maximum level, you can feel the electricity, but I don’t find it necessarily consistent. Anyhow, that’s just my opinion.Overall: it does the trick. It’s not a defective product. All I’m saying is that you need to use it at full power, and even then, it may not be sufficient to feel like the professional ones at cosmetic stores.

I am actually obsessed with this. I work in the med spa industry and we have a high frequency machine in our office, but I wanted one that I could use at home. I absolutely love this device! I use it on stubborn, deep pimples, and they come to a white head almost immediately! I also go over my entire face with it once a week, and I have noticed a significant decrease in breakouts!

It did the job for the first 3 days and then it started getting loose and by the 5th day the metal part of the attachment got stuck in the machine and won’t come out no matter what I try so now it’s broken.
