This is the perfect size for my daily vitamins. The mirror is a bonus, though I’m not in the habit of peering through the looking glass while taking my pills (I’m not Alice, but very well may be “mad”). The latching mechanism works well so far, but I’ll see how it holds up over time. It operates like a pocket watch, so, provided you don’t have any pills in it, you can pretend you are a railroad conductor carrying your fancy pocket watch. (Pocket watches are cool, okay. You don’t even have to be an old timey railroad conductor!)This won’t hold a lot of larger pills, so if that’s what you need this for, you might want to get a two pack or size up with another container.This will easily fit into my work backpack, and should be easy to find amongst my other sundry items (y’all have backpack, upstairs, downstairs, and car ibuprofen, too, right??). Great price and lots of options for what you want on the lid. Seems like it will be secure, but not waterproof. Take your pills BEFORE you go scuba diving.

Really pleased with this small pillbox. I decided recently to carry a smaller handbag but still wanted to carry a few medications with me. This will fit things like OTC pain relievers and smaller pills. It will not fit large pills like multivitamins or calcium supplements very well. When purchasing, I was a little worried that the box would open easily when getting tumbled about in my bag because of the push mechanism on the side, but it's never opened by accident. I like it and would purchase it again!

Very pretty. I ordered a 4 pack. 2 were mirrored and 2 were not. While I don’t see in the description that they are mirrored- I thought it was odd that 2 were - actually would have liked all 4 to have been !

It's cute and effective. After getting it, I seriously considered returning. It was a little small in the pill spaces but decided to keep it for emergencies. I just have to remember to replace the pills I use after emptying.
