It's not filling at all because there are little shreds of some kind of chewy plasticy stuff in it now. Am cancelling my subscription

I wouldn’t call this full of sugar and calories. 180 calories delivering 20 grams of protein and only 9 grams of carbs (5 grams of fiber, only 4 grams of sugar) is a pretty good deal. Sources for the protein and greens blends are disclosed on the label, all good. The term “natural” is used in the context of “natural flavors”. Natural is an unregulated term, but does eliminate artificial flavors like vanillin, which is a synthetic vanilla, for instance. No artificial sweeteners or stevia used either. Pretty good, in my opinion.
